Originally developed as a personal tool to tackle challenging poses during lockdown, Poseit has been refined and released to help other artists as effectively as it helped the creator. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, Poseit is designed to support and improve your human figure drawing skills.
HOW TO PLAY:How to Use Poseit
1. Open the App:
Launch Poseit on your device to start posing and drawing.
2. Select a Mannequin:
Choose between different mannequins, including male and female models, from the app’s gallery.
3. Adjust the Pose:
Use touch gestures to rotate and position the mannequin:
Rotate: Drag your finger across the screen to rotate the mannequin in 3D space.
Move: Pinch and swipe to move the mannequin’s limbs and body into the desired position.
4. Utilize Inverse Kinematics:
For more natural and complex poses, use the Inverse Kinematic (IK) functions to adjust the position of the limbs and joints dynamically.
5. Add Props:
Access the props gallery to add relevant items to your scene, which can be positioned and adjusted to enhance your drawing.
6. Save and Export:
Once satisfied with the pose, save your setup for future reference or export it as an image file to use in your artwork.
7. Practice and Improve:
Experiment with different poses and settings to strengthen your human figure drawing skills. Use Poseit as a reference tool to practice and refine your techniques.
8. Adjust Settings:
