HOW TO PLAY:Access® Online App User Guide
1. Getting Started
Download and Install: Find the Access® Online app in your device’s app store and download it. Once installed, open the app to begin.
Sign In: Enter your organization's short name, followed by your user ID and password. This will grant you secure access to your commercial card account.
2. Navigating the Dashboard
Account Summary: After signing in, you'll land on the dashboard, where you can view an overview of all your accounts. Here, you’ll see:
Account status (open or closed)
Payment due dates
Available credit
Credit limit
Account Balances: Review your current account balances to stay informed about your spending and remaining credit.
3. Managing Transactions
Transaction History: Access your transaction history for the last 90 days. The app displays up to 99 recent transactions, showing details like post date and amount.
View Payments and Purchases: Track all payments and purchases made within the selected period. Some transactions might not appear immediately, so check back if necessary.
Manage Receipts: Attach, delete, or replace receipts for any transaction directly through the app. This feature helps with expense tracking and reporting.
Dispute Transactions: For corporate card accounts, you can dispute any questionable transactions. Add comments to disputes for clarity and record-keeping.
