WorkLink by Scope AR is an augmented reality (AR) app designed to provide real-time remote assistance, training, and guidance for industrial workers. By leveraging AR technology, WorkLink enables users to receive step-by-step visual instructions, see overlaid 3D models, and collaborate with experts remotely, improving efficiency and reducing errors in complex tasks.

Install: Download WorkLink by Scope AR from your device’s app store (iOS or Android). Sign In and Set Up: Open the app and sign in with your organization’s credentials. If you're new to WorkLink, your organization will provide you with access or an invitation. Start a Session: To initiate a session, either create a new task or choose an existing one from your task library. You can select the appropriate workflow or training module based on your needs. Receive Remote Assistance: For remote support, connect with an expert or technician who can view your screen in real time. The expert can provide guidance by annotating the view with arrows, text, or 3D models overlaid on your real-world environment. Follow AR Instructions: Follow step-by-step AR instructions displayed on your device’s screen. These instructions might include visual markers, 3D diagrams, or interactive guides to assist in completing complex tasks. Collaborate and Share Data: WorkLink allows multiple users to collaborate in real time. You can share your live view, and others can provide feedback, making it ideal for team-based tasks or troubleshooting. Capture and Review: Capture photos or videos of the AR guidance, and save them for future reference. You can also document your progress and review the information to ensure tasks are completed correctly. Track Progress and Results: Use the app to track your work’s progress, verify task completion, and assess performance. Reports can be generated based on the completed tasks or training sessions.
