1. Download and open the app, then allow microphone and Bluetooth permissions when prompted. 2. Connect wired or Bluetooth headphones to prevent feedback and protect your hearing. 3. Tap Start to begin live listening, then adjust the Gain slider to set your preferred amplification level. 4. Choose a preset such as Conversation, Indoor, or Outdoor, or fine-tune with the equalizer to match your environment. 5. Save your favorite settings as a profile for quick access, and optionally enable Recording for notes while monitoring the safety limiter to avoid excessive volume.
