1. Download and open Octopus Authenticator, then grant camera access for QR scanning if prompted. 2. Create a PIN and enable Face ID or fingerprint lock to secure the app. 3. On the website or service you are protecting, choose two-factor authentication, then scan the displayed QR code or enter the setup key in the app. 4. Confirm setup by entering the 6 digit code shown in the app back on the website to complete 2FA enrollment. 5. When logging in later, open the app and copy the current code to authenticate, then organize entries with names or tags and optionally export an encrypted backup for safekeeping.
