NWEA Secure Testing is a secure testing app for schools that runs NWEA MAP Growth and other NWEA assessments in a locked, distraction-free environment. It functions as a lockdown browser to block navigation, prevent switching apps, and protect test integrity. Designed for K-12 testing, it streamlines student sign-in, supports proctored sessions, and is easy to deploy on school-managed devices. Ideal for online assessment, secure testing, and district-wide administration with reliable performance and simple controls for educators and proctors.

1. Download and install on a supported device, or deploy to student devices using your district’s management tools. 2. Open the app and confirm the device and network checks pass before testing begins. 3. Enter the Session Name and Password provided by the proctor, then verify the student profile to join the test. 4. Begin the assessment and follow on-screen instructions, using only the allowed in-test tools when available. 5. Submit your answers to finish; the proctor will end the session and you can then exit the app.
