Open your Notion workspace and navigate to the page where you want to add a calendar Type /calendar and select Calendar – Inline or Calendar – Full Page to add a calendar view to the page Click on a date in the calendar to add a new event, task, or note Add details to each calendar entry, such as titles, tags, due dates, reminders, or linked Notion pages Use the drag-and-drop feature to move tasks or events to new dates as needed Link other Notion databases or notes to your calendar entries for easy reference to related information Set reminders within each calendar entry to receive notifications in advance Filter and sort the calendar view by tags, people, or project to manage different types of tasks efficiently Share your Notion Calendar page with team members or collaborators for real-time updates and teamwork Access the calendar from any device by logging into your Notion account, ensuring up-to-date planning on the go
