1. Download and open NorCast, then allow location access for precise forecasts. 2. Choose temperature and wind units, and optionally sign in to sync your settings across devices. 3. On the Weather tab, view hourly and 10-day forecasts; tap Radar for live maps and storm tracking. 4. On the News tab, follow local sources and topics to build your personalized feed. 5. Enable notifications, select alert types for severe weather and breaking news, and set quiet hours to control alerts.
