1. Download and open NephroCalc, then set your preferred units and defaults in Settings. 2. From the home screen, choose a category such as Kidney Function, AKI or CKD Staging, Electrolytes, Acid‑Base, Dialysis, or Drug Dosing. 3. Enter required patient data like age, sex, weight, serum creatinine, and relevant labs, then tap Calculate. 4. Review results with staging summaries, reference ranges, and brief notes on equation assumptions, then apply to your clinical context. 5. Save to Favorites for quick access, copy or share the results in your workflow, and check the References section to see sources and formula details.
