1. Download the app, search for your community by name, and sign in using your email or the invitation code from your HOA or property manager. 2. Verify your address, create a password, and set notification preferences for announcements, requests, and payments. 3. Open the Home or News section to read announcements, check events, and access community documents. 4. Tap Requests to submit a maintenance ticket with photos and descriptions, then track updates and messages in the app. 5. Go to Payments to pay assessments, set up AutoPay, and view receipts.
