1. Download and open the app, then set your preferred measurement unit and sample duration in settings. 2. Create a new session, enter client details, and choose a protocol that matches your assessment or therapy task. 3. Tap Start to begin the sample, record the speech, and use the on screen counters to mark syllables, words, and disfluency events in real time. 4. Tap Stop to finish and review automatic calculations including words per minute, syllables per second, and percent syllables stuttered, then add notes and severity ratings. 5. Save the session, export a report as PDF or CSV, and compare progress over time from the history screen.
