The app also integrates smart ticketing and Virtual Agent assistance, making service management seamless and mobile-friendly.

Download and install the ESM app. End-users can submit service requests and approvals, while agents can manage tickets, incidents, and tasks, with personalized views and filters. Activation is done by scanning the QR code from the Service Management Automation portal or through an activation URL from the IT admin.
