HOW TO PLAY:Choose Your Player Color:
At the start of the game, choose your color and receive a set of player components, including bird cards, food tokens, and eggs. You'll also select a player board that represents your three habitats: forest, grassland, and wetlands.
Select Bird Cards:
Each turn, you’ll have the chance to draw bird cards from a central deck. These cards represent different bird species, each with unique abilities and point values. Some birds may require specific resources to play, such as food (grains, fruits, seeds) or eggs.
Collect Resources:
On your turn, you can take actions to gather food, lay eggs, or draw bird cards. In the forest habitat, for example, you can gain food by choosing from various available resources. In the wetlands, you can draw more bird cards, and in the grasslands, you can lay eggs to use in future bird placements.
Play Birds:
To play a bird, you must meet certain requirements, such as having the right type of food and the necessary number of eggs. Birds are placed in one of the three habitats on your board, and each bird you play has a special ability that can help you throughout the game.
Activate Abilities:
As you fill your habitats with birds, their special abilities will activate. Some abilities let you gain extra food, cards, or eggs, while others may provide more points or allow you to draw additional cards. The goal is to build a synergy between your birds' abilities to maximize your score.
Complete Goals:
During the game, you'll have personal goals and shared objectives that can grant additional points. For example, you may earn points for playing a certain number of birds in a specific habitat, laying a certain number of eggs, or collecting birds with unique traits. Pay attention to these goals to maximize your score.
End of the Game and Scoring:
The game ends after four rounds, and players tally up their points. Points are earned by the birds you’ve played, the eggs you’ve collected, the food resources you’ve gathered, and any special objectives you’ve completed. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins!
