HOW TO PLAY:Download and Install: First, download the Samsung Smart Switch Mobile app from the Google Play Store or Galaxy Store on both your old device and your new Samsung Galaxy device. If you're switching from an iPhone, download the app on your new Samsung device.
Choose a Transfer Method:
Wireless Transfer: On both devices, open the Smart Switch Mobile app and select “Wireless” as the transfer method. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the two devices.
USB Cable Transfer: Connect your old device to your new Samsung Galaxy device using a USB cable and the appropriate adapter. Open the Smart Switch app on your new device and select “Cable” as the transfer method.
PC/Mac Transfer: If you prefer, you can use a computer as an intermediary. Download and install Smart Switch on your PC or Mac, then connect both devices to the computer using USB cables. Follow the on-screen instructions to transfer your data.
