How to use:1. Download and open the app, then set your rules: penalty length, jam and lineup durations, alert style, and display preferences.
2. Optionally add team rosters and skater numbers to speed up penalty entry and seat assignment.
3. Start a game and tap Start Jam. When a skater enters the box, select their number and seat to begin their individual timer.
4. Manage penalties during play: pause or resume for official timeouts, watch color cues and alerts, and let the app auto-carry remaining time to the next jam.
5. Tap End Jam to pause skater timers and run lineup. Release skaters when timers complete, then review logs and export penalty history after the game.
