HOW TO PLAY:For Shoppers/Drivers:
Download the Multi-Stop Route Planner App:
Start by downloading the Multi-Stop Route Planner app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
You can also visit the Multi-Stop Route Planner website if you prefer planning from your desktop or laptop.
Create an Account or Log In:
If you’re a new user, you can create an account by entering your email address and creating a password.
If you already have an account, simply log in to access your saved routes and trip history.
Input Your Stops:
Once logged in, tap Add Stop to input the addresses of all the locations you want to visit. You can enter each stop manually or use the map interface to select the location.
You can also import addresses from your contact list or recent searches if the app allows that feature.
Optimize Your Route:
After entering all the stops, tap Optimize Route. The app will automatically reorder your stops to create the most efficient route, minimizing travel time and distance.
The app may also give you the option to adjust settings such as avoid tolls, avoid highways, or shortest distance depending on your preferences.
Review Your Route:
Once the stops have been optimized, review your route. The app will show you the suggested order of stops along with estimated travel time and distance.
You can zoom in on the map to ensure that the stops are correctly placed and adjust if necessary.
Start Navigation:
After confirming your route, tap Start Navigation to begin your trip. The app will guide you through the route with turn-by-turn directions to each stop.
It will notify you when you're approaching the next stop and provide traffic updates if needed.
Add or Remove Stops:
If you need to add a stop during your trip, you can do so by tapping Add Stop and entering the new address. The app will automatically recalculate the route to include the new stop.
Similarly, if you need to remove a stop, you can tap Remove Stop and the app will adjust the route accordingly.
Track Estimated Arrival Times:
The app will provide estimated arrival times at each stop, based on your current speed and traffic conditions. This is particularly useful if you're running multiple errands or doing deliveries.
Save Routes for Future Use:
If you plan to repeat the same route in the future, you can save the route in the app for quick access. This is great for recurring trips such as deliveries or regular errands.
Monitor Fuel and Time Efficiency:
The app may provide data on how much fuel you’re using for the trip and how much time you’ve saved by optimizing your route.
You can use this information to make adjustments and continue optimizing your future trips.
Share Your Route:
If you need to share your route with someone else (e.g., a colleague or a family member), the app may allow you to send the route via email or text message, or even share it directly to Google Maps.
