HOW TO PLAY:Download & Set Up: Start by downloading the Korean Air My app from the App Store or Google Play. After installation, open the app and sign up for a Korean Air account using your email or log in using your existing Skypass account. Linking your Skypass account allows you to track and redeem miles.
Search for Flights: On the home screen, enter your departure and destination cities, travel dates, and the number of passengers. The app will display available flights with options for both economy and premium cabins. You can filter results based on pricing, flight duration, and preferred departure times.
Book Your Flight: Once you’ve found your flight, review the details, including baggage allowances, seat selection, and pricing. You can add any additional services, such as extra baggage or special meal requests. After confirming your selections, proceed to payment using secure methods such as credit/debit cards or digital wallets. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is completed.
Manage Your Booking: In the "My Trips" section, you can view, modify, or cancel your booking. You can also update your passenger information, select or change your seat, and add services like additional baggage or special requests.
Check-In Online: Use the app to check in for your flight up to 24 hours before departure. After checking in, you’ll receive a digital boarding pass, which you can save to your phone for easy access at the airport.
Track Flight Status: The app provides real-time updates on your flight’s status, including departure and arrival times, gate information, and any updates regarding delays or cancellations. You can also get notifications about changes to your flight’s status.
Earn & Redeem Skypass Miles: If you're a member of the Skypass loyalty program, you can track your miles, check your membership status, and redeem miles for flight upgrades, free flights, or other rewards. The app allows you to see your current balance and view available rewards.
